Ultrasonic cleaning Shop
The company have inhouse semi auto ultrasonic cleaning setup where aluminum components gets clean before dispatch to customer.

Tool Room Facilities
The Company has In-house Tool Room facility for making all type of New tools( stage /Compound/Progressive )/ Daily Tools maintenance/Dev of Inspection Gauges /Jig/fixture etc.. It is well equipped with latest CNC wire cut, Auto Grinder and other essential Machineries Such as lathe M/c, Milling M/c, Drilling M/c etc.
Mini DOJO (Training center)
The company has a mini DOJO centre which is used for skilling, acclimatizing and thoroughly preparing the operators, specially the fresh ones before they take on their responsibility on the manufacturing shop floor.
Conference Room
The conference room is used to hold everyday meeting with staff and clients.
Training Room
It’s a dedicated space for conducting various training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and professional development with the seating capacity of 35 employees.
Tool Storage
There is a well-managed and systematic tool storage area where the tools are kept according to the colour code designated to the each customer.
VMC
All necessary equipment’s used for making new tools and maintenance of tools are available such as VMC, Wire Cut, CNC,M1TR, Lathe machine ,Surface Grinders, Drill Machines etc.
Rockwell Hardness tester
The Rockwell scale is a hardness scale based on indentation hardness of a material. The Rockwell test measures the depth of penetration of an indenter under a large load (major load) compared to the penetration made by a preload (minor load).
Cupping Test Machine
The cupping test is a test method applied in the metalworking industry and is used to determine the ductility of sheet metals and strips.
Visual Inspection and Packing
We have adequate number of systematically maintained inspection stations where 100% visual inspection of parts and packing is done by skilled manpower as per customer’s specifications.
DG (250 KVA)
The company has 3 diesel generators of capacity 250 kva and 82kva, all are equipped with the dual fuel kit (DFK& RECD) which can be used in power failure.
Own Transport Facility
The Company has their own Logistic facility to deliver Supplies to Customer near Capital ( Delhi) region (Faridabad/ Gurgaon /Noida /Palwal etc.)
Reception
There is an ample sized beautifully managed reception room, which serves as a waiting area and plays a crucial role in leaving a good impression on customers and business partners.

The company has a modern infrastructure which is build on an area of 65000 square feet and has an extra 40000 square feet for future expansion.
